RETURN POLICY

We accept returns via mail. 

Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery. 

Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: New, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Please CONTACT US so you can request a RMA from our customer service department. They will give you further information via email.

Returns that do not meet this policy and DO NOT have a RMA, will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Personalized items also cannot be returned or exchanged.

When packing up your return, remove any old addresses or bar codes, and only include items from the same order. No multiple order will be accepted, if send in as one order. 

We offer price adjustments within 7 days of the purchase date for full-price items. If you see an item on sale after paying the original price, you can submit a price adjustment request and we will process accordingly.  Please include order number, item in question and an email address for Customer Service to reach out if we encounter any issues.

To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
